JPA WINE & SPIRITS was born from a partnership agreement between BDA and DSB AVOCATS, backed by the JPA INTERNATIONAL chartered accountant network, to serve their clients in the wine sector.
In addition to their respective expertise in wine law – taxation and business law for BDA, rural law, rural leases and related legislation for DSB – the two law firms rely on the specialized accounting expertise of JPA Wanlin Grelier (Jean-Pascal Wanlin & Philippe Bastide) in providing their clients with comprehensive service for all matters relating to the wine sector.
The members of JPA WINE & SPIRITS can also provide, and coordinate, the services of land experts (experts fonciers), notaries or bankers.
